Aruna attributes all the achievements to the invaluable sacrifice of her Mother, late Smt.Himavathi S.Bhat, who expired on 29th May 2007. Her constant assistance, day & night, throughout these forty years, only made her to attain these impossible achievements in life.

Her Father, Prof. V.Shama Bhat, (Retd. H.O.D., Dental Materials, College of Dental Surgery,Manipal), now Prof. & H.O.D., Dental Materials, Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore, has been a constant supporter for her achievements along with all the members of the family.
